The German Environment Agency (⁠UBA⁠) together with the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) kindly invite you to attend the 3rd Sustainability Transformation Conference on October 25, 2022, 9:15 am – 4:00 pm CET.

Experts from the areas of science, politics, and business, as well as from associations and non-governmental organizations will talk about the following topic:

„Implementing the Sustainability Transformations – how to manage well-being for all”

We will focus on the question of how a fundamental sustainability transformation can be shaped to enable a good life for all within planetary boundaries.

More specifically, we will discuss four core issues of a green and just

transformation:

• Green and just transition: how can it succeed: European Green Deal and its social components
• Transforming the transport sector for everyone: How to achieve more socially just and environmentally friendly mobility
• Transformation to an environmentally sound and just food system: From bacon to beans – unlocking the potential of plant-based diets
• Healthy planet, healthy people: Pathways to sustainability at the interface of health, environment, climate and social justice
